Sunny side-up eggs with salad and veggies

Ingredients:

Eggs,
Cherry tomatoes,
Lettuce or salad of your choice
Mixed seeds
Salt
Pepper

Process:
You can use our Innoteck Air Fryer and/ or our Innoteck health grill to make this.
1. Place some bacon strips on the air fryer rack and cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the bacon.
2. Heat our health grill for a minute or two, on the griddle plate spray some oil, and cook your eggs on the griddle plate. Close the lid and let it cook for a few minutes for a sunny side up.
3. Slice some cherry tomatoes. Once the eggs are done, transfer to a plate and sprinkle with pepper and salt all over. Enjoy with your favourite salad and drink!

Did you know you can cook a delicious Beef massaman curry in our 10-in-1 electric pressure cooker?

It’s so easy to use and saves you a lot of time as well!

Ingredients:
500 g (1.1lb) Diced Beef
2 small Onions diced
190 ml (¾ cup) Massaman Paste
400 ml (14 oz) Coconut milk
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 teaspoon Brown sugar
190 ml (¾ cup) chicken stock
1 Star Anise
1 Cinnamon stick
500 g (1lb 1oz) baby potatoes
2 tablespoons peanuts crushed
1 Chilli sliced thinly (optional)
1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions:
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the Pressure Cooker on Meat mode.
-Put in beef and onions, fry for 4 minutes until beef has just browned.
-Pour in Massaman Curry paste, and stir to coat for 1 minute.
-Add coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, chicken stock, star anise, cinnamon stick and baby potatoes.
-Cook on Meat mode for 15 minutes. Then let the pressure naturally release for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and serve with Jasmine Sticky Rice.
-Optional. If you like extra kick add fresh chillies and/or a squeeze of lime.

Ingredients for jasmine rice:
1 cup (230g) Jasmine rice
1 cup (250ml) cold water
¼ - ½ teaspoon fine sea salt or table salt optional

Instructions:
-Rinse rice under cold water by gently scrubbing the rice with your fingertips in a circling motion. Pour out the milky water, and continue to rinse until the water is clear. Be sure to drain really well.
-Add 1 cup (230g) rice and 1 cup (250ml) cold water to Innoteck electric pressure cooker and set to rice/porridge mode.
-Close the lid, and turn the Venting Knob to Sealing Position. Prepare at High Pressure for 3 minutes, then Natural Release for 10 minutes. Turn the Venting Knob to the Venting position to release the remaining pressure. Open the lid quickly.
-Optional Seasoning: Add salt to the rice for seasoning.

You can never say no to a good chocolate snack that is so easy to prepare!
We absolutely love this no-bake Chocolate Cereal Bars Recipe from @georginaelizat 🍫

Full recipe:

Ingredients
Bottom layer
• 110g rice cereal
• 3 tbsp Golden syrup
• 180g chocolate (I always use Bournville)
• 2 tbsp vegan butter
Top layer
• 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
• 250g chocolate (bourneville again)
• 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions
• Melt the chocolate (180g) for the bottom layer and then add the golden syrup and butter. Mix until combined.
• In a large bowl, combine the rice cereal and your chocolate, syrup mixture.
• Press this mixture into a deep square baking tin. Mine is about 6 inches.
• Leave to cool for around an hour.
• Make your top layer by melting chocolate and then combining the creamy peanut butter, until well combined.
• Pour this on top of the crispy layer.
• Sprinkle your desiccated coconut on top and allow it to cool for an hour.
• Slice them up and enjoy!

Avocado toast with air fried halloumi on a Sunday? Ohhh, yes!

We used our Innoteck Kitchen Pro Toaster which is easy to use and toasts bread evenly on both sides! There are also 1-7 toast levels, so you can choose according to your preferences.(from soft to crispy)

In our 4L air fryer, we also air fried the halloumi for 3-4 minutes.

Ingredients:
Bread
Avocado
Halloumi
Salad tomatoes (or any other veggies you like)
Salt, pepper and lemon

Process:

In a bowl, mash the avocado
Toast bread (we chose level 4)
Air fry halloumi for 3-4 minutes
Spread avocado on the bread and top with halloumi and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Add a squeeze of lemon for a refreshing taste.

It was pure yumminess having these spicy grilled shrimp tacos with coleslaw

Ingredients:
Large shrimp, peeled
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Chilli powder
Cumin powder
Salt
Shredded cabbage, carrot, onions
Tortillas
Mayonnaise
Mexican hot sauce (If you like it spicy)
Cilantro
Lemon

Steps:
Our indoor smokeless grill should be preheated to 3 using the thermostat.
Add shrimps, olive oil, cumin powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, and salt to a bowl and mix well.
Combine cabbage, carrots, and onions with some lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Mix mayonnaise and hot sauce for sauce topping in a separate bowl.
Grill the prawns for 4-5 minutes and heat the tortillas on the griddle for a minute.
Put the salad into a tortilla and top with grilled shrimp. Drizzle with spicy mayo and top with cilantro and lemon juice. Spicy grilled shrimp tacos ready!

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 pound sliced baby mushrooms
1 small onion, finely chopped
1-1/2 cups uncooked risotto rice
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 carton (32 ounces) of chicken broth
2 cups shredded chicken
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Process:
- In our 10-in-1 electric pressure cooker, select the Risotto setting; adjust for medium heat.

-Add 2 Tbsp. butter and oil. Add mushrooms and onion; cook and stir until tender, 6-8 minutes.

-Add rice; cook and stir until the rice is coated, 2-3 minutes.
Stir in wine and lemon juice; cook and stir until liquid is absorbed.

-Press cancel. Pour in the broth. Lock lid; close pressure-release valve. Adjust to pressure-cook on low for 4 minutes. Quick-release pressure. Stir until combined; continue stirring until creamy.

-Stir in the remaining ingredients and the remaining 2 Tbsp butter. Select keep warm and serve!

Make a batch of these and cook them in one go to serve a family!

For Cupcakes:
Box of cake mix(choose your favourite flavour)
Eggs
Oil
Frosting
Cupcake toppings- Sprinkles, Chocolate flakes or even cream!
Silicone cupcake liners

Mix all ingredients and fill each cupcake liner with batter. Place them in any of our Air Fryer ovens and bake at 175-180 ° for 10-12 minutes. Insert a toothpick and make sure it comes out clean.
Let it cool and then frost and add toppings.

For Donuts: 1 cup white whole wheat flour
1/3 cup packed coconut sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup plant-based milk (regular works fine)
1/4 cup plain thick Greek yoghurt
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine your wet ingredients and slowly fold in your dry ingredients. Preheat your oven (if necessary) to 175°C and spray your pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake doughnuts for 8-10 minutes, until done. Dunk each donut in butter and then in cinnamon sugar, chocolate, caramel or any of your favourite sauces.
