5.1. Depending on the product, the seller offers a standard one-year warranty. You will find the length of the warranty confirmed in the instructional manual for the product. If you ask for a refund, the seller will use the order number you give us to check the date you bought the product (applicable to products purchased on the Innoteck website only). If you have had the product longer than the agreed warranty period, we will not be able to give you a refund.

5.2. The standard one-year guarantee is only extended to the maximum available for each product upon registration of the product within 14 days of purchase.

5.3. To validate your warranty, please visit Warranty Registration | Innoteck and register with us online.

  1. Cancellation/Returns and Refunds

6.1. The seller delivers many thousands of products and only a small fraction proves faulty. Of course, the seller understands how difficult this might be for you. That’s why we have a no-quibble refund or replacement policy to make sure our customers always feel they are receiving the highest levels of service.

6.2. If you need to cancel your order, please email: service@innoteck.co.uk

6.3. If your order has not been shipped/despatched, we can cancel and refund your amount.

6.4. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to return it to us at your own cost. Once we receive the item back, we will initiate a refund.

6.5. You should check your goods as soon as they arrive. You should let the seller know if there is any damage or if anything does not meet the terms of your contract. You should do this by letter or email within seven days of delivery, excluding Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays.

6.6. We do not accept unauthorised returns. Regardless of the size of the item, you will need to contact customer service to arrange for the items to be returned. Refunds will not be issued unless returns have been arranged with our customer service team. To contact customer services to arrange for an item to be returned, please email service@innoteck.co.uk

6.7. When you return goods, you must make sure the customer return form (contact customer service to obtain the form) is enclosed in the parcel. You will find it in the order confirmation email which you will receive once you have paid for the product.

  1. Damages

7.1. You should immediately contact the seller to give them details of the damage. You may be asked to provide photos of this.

  1. Warranty

8.1. Most warranty repairs are handled routinely, but sometimes requests for warranty service may not be appropriate. For example, warranty service would NOT apply if the product damage occurred because of misuse, lack of routine maintenance, shipping, handling, 3rd party warehousing, or improper installation. Similarly, the warranty is void if the manufacturing date or the serial number on the product has been removed or the equipment has been altered or modified. During the warranty period, the authorised service dealer, at its option, will repair or replace any part that, upon examination, is found to be defective under normal use and service.

8.2. The seller’s standard 12-month warranty applies to all products unless stated. You are legally covered for the first 12 months by the retailer. Within the first 12 months of ownership, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, at the retailer’s discretion. Due to this being a legal requirement, we cannot get involved during this period.

8.3. This warranty does not cover normal wear of any parts or damage resulting from any of the following negligent use or misuse of this product: improper voltage or current: use contrary to the operation instructions: deviation from the instructions regarding storage and transportation; repair or alteration by anyone other than Innoteck or an authorised service centre. Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, or tornadoes. Innotek shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the above warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights as stated in the UK Consumer rights laws that may vary slightly.

8.4. The only time we will replace spare parts under warranty is if they have become defective within the first 12 months. If you require any spare parts after the 12-month warranty has ended, you may be charged. The warranty does not apply to any accessories.

8.5. The guarantee is valid in the UK and the Isle of Man only.

8.6. If your item has developed a fault, the item would need to be returned to us for inspection. We would require the full item to be returned to us along with your proof of purchase (this can be emailed to our customer service at service @innoteck.co.uk) and the completed returns form (you can obtain this form from our customer service team) must be included within the parcel. Once the item has been returned to us, our returns department will check the item to confirm the fault. They will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced if required.

8.7. If the product you have returned to us is end-of-line/ discontinued or is out of stock, we may send you a like for replacement. We would ensure the specification of the item is like the product you have returned.

8.8. Within three months of purchase, if any manufacturing defects are discovered, the seller will arrange to pick up the item. After three months the purchaser or customer is required to send the item to us at their own expense.

8.9. There may be times when the seller may request proof of purchase, a photo or video to assist us. A customer who is unable to send a photo or video will need to send the product to us (subject to the 3-month period) The product is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as specified on the product rating label (e.g., 220V-60H220V-60Hz).
