Unpack the electric mini chopper and remove all the parts. Wash the glass bowl, bowl cover, and the blades with hot water and mild detergent. Rinse and dry all parts thoroughly before assembly. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth but do not add too much water as it is the power unit. Check the power cord for any damage and that the voltage matches your household's electrical supply.
Use your electric mini chopper
Place the bowl on a flat surface and carefully slide the blade down the shaft. Place your desired food in the bowl. Place the bowl cover on the bowl and align the motor unit with the locking tabs. Depress and hold the pulse button to process. For fine chopping, use longer pulses. For coarse chopping, use short pulses. Avoid running the motor continuously for more than 1 minute.
