And if you have Innoteck products at home, then getting those hot drinks ready is a breeze!

How to make winter drinks with Innoteck appliances

So, let’s start with drinks that you can enjoy anytime of the day – from teas and coffees, to lattes to matcha, there are so many options that you can consider when you want a hot cuppa!

  1. The classic hot chocolate - Nothing beats the creamy indulgence of hot chocolate on a chilly night. And if you have our soup maker, you can get a cup of decadent hot chocolate in no time! Yup, our soup maker – heat about 2 cups of whole milk (full fat is better) and when it is hot, add a half cup of good quality chopped chocolate, a large spoonful of cocoa powder and sugar as per your taste. Let the soup maker work and in no time, you will have that creamy smooth texture. Top it with marshmallows or maybe some sweetened whipped cream that you can whip up in with our electric whisk.
  2. Spiced chai latte – This is an ode to India – the chai that every Indian is accustomed to, takes on a more global avatar. Use our Innoteck electric kettle to boil water and then steep cinnamon and ginger powder as well as a tea bag in the hot water. You will need to heat some milk as well, and you can choose to froth it. Combine the spiced tea and milk and you can sweeten it as per your taste.
  3. Pumpkin spice latte – If you want those typical fall flavours, then this warm and aromatic drink is everything that you need! With our blender, it will be super easy to combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar and of course the all-important pumpkin spice. You will also need a cup of strong coffee, the water for which you can heat with our kettles. As you put the milk and pumpkin mixture to heat on a low flame, you can froth the coffee a little. Finally, combine everything together and sweeten as per your liking and you are ready with a cup of celebration!
  4. Herbal tea – And in case you are not really in the mood to do much, simply heat water in the kettle and pour it over your favourite herbal blend – lavender, mint, holy basil, chamomile – whichever you are in the mood for or have at hand. A drop of honey or a dash of lemon is totally up to you! This is also a good way to wind the day down and get your mind and body to just relax, allowing you to get a good night’s sleep.

The perfect hot drinks for cozy winter nights that come in a bowl!

When you are looking for the best appliances for hot winter beverages, you need to go beyond the teas and coffees. You also need to think of rich, hearty and warming soups and as long as you have an Innoteck soup maker at home, getting these big bowls of comforting soups should not be a task at all.

  1. Tomato basil soup - A classic winter warmer, the tomato basil is rich, tangy, and completely comforting and of course, one of the easiest to make. Chop four large ripe tomatoes, 1 large onion diced, 2-3 cloves of garlic and a cup of vegetable broth. Put all these ingredients into the soup maker and set to smooth. Once your soup is ready, season with salt and pepper, some roughly hand torn basil leaves and a drizzle of fresh cream! Some breadsticks or croutons are all you need to complete the bowl of tangy comfort!
  2. Spiced lentil soup - Packed with protein and spices, this soup is perfect for keeping the winter blues away and can be a complete meal in itself. Before you set the soup maker to chunky, you need to add red lentils, diced carrots and onions, garlic cloves, vegetable or chicken broth, cumin and turmeric. As the soup is getting ready, you can consider adding some pasta to it as well and you can season it with salt and pepper or chilli flakes.
  3. Creamy mushroom soup – If you make it right, this creamy, earthy soup can be like a hug in a bowl. All you need is 2 cups of sliced mushrooms, a large onion that has been chopped fine, along with minced garlic. You can choose to sauté these ingredients in a dash of olive oil first or you can cook it directly in the soup maker. Now, add a cup full of vegetable broth and a cup of milk (or cream, if you want it really decadent). You can decide whether you want it smooth or slightly chunky, because both taste really great. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley and a dollop of cream and then let those flavour soothe you from within!
  4. Chicken noodle soup – There is something so soothing and comforting about chicken noodle soup; whether you are unwell or just want a ‘pick-me-up”, this is the soup for you. Add chicken broth, pieces of cooked chicken, chopped vegetables like celery, onion and carrots and spices like bay leaves and dried thyme. Once the soup maker has done its work, add some boiled noodles to a bowl and pour the steaming hot soup on top.

Now that you know how to make winter drinks with Innoteck and that too of all types, all you have to do is get started! And do let us know which are your favourite hot beverages to slurp on, on a cold winter night!
